AgencyProof is operated by Intelliblitz LLC. Using the product means agreeing to the terms below — written to be read, not skimmed past.
Scan sites you're allowed to scan
Run audits against sites you own, operate, or have permission to inspect — your projects, your clients' launches. The scanner reads public pages politely and stays within its stated limits.
Reports are QA signals, not legal advice
Findings — including anything about compliance-sensitive language — identify wording and issues that may require review. They are not legal advice, and launch decisions remain yours.
Your reports are yours
Reports you generate — including white-label reports carrying your brand — are yours to send, resell, and bill for. The Launch Inspectors don't take credit for your handoff.
Honest limits
The product is provided as-is: a focused pre-launch QA pass, not a guarantee that nothing will ever break. When a scan can't complete, the product says so honestly rather than inventing results — that honesty is part of the deal.
